GTS is proud to offer both onsite and remote assistance. All services are billed at reasonable hourly rates with only a one hour onsite minimum* or a 15 minute minimum for remote assistance.  No commitment or contract necessary.  Whether you’re having network problems, email problems, pop-up problems or one of your computers just won’t turn on, you can’t afford to wait any longer. Please be aware of the following
when using the Remote Assistance Portal:

  • The engineer will be able to see everything on your computer. Please close any windows containing sensitive material you don’t want to be seen.
  • In order to initiate your remote session, you will be prompted to download a small, virus-free plug-in. Please click affirmatively to all security prompts in the process.
  • Moving your mouse disables the engineer from controlling your computer, so please refrain from doing so during your session. Conversely, this leaves you ultimately in control, meaning that you have the ability to override the engineer’s control or end the session at any time.
  • All remote support not covered by a pre-existing service contract is billed in 15 minute increments unless otherwise noted.
